The Galaxy S4 Active gets the full on Mobile Tech Review treatment  in the video above and not surprisingly we find out that it's really almost identical to the regular Galaxy S4 but with the added ability to withstand water up to a meter deep for 30 minutes as well as being somewhat dust proof.  Lisa does her usual stellar job of walking us through all the software and hardware details and while the phone is a tad thicker than the normal S4, the added water protection as well as metallic look back makes this a preferable purchase, especialy since it is available at the same $199 on contract price at AT&T.  Now make no mistake this is not a 'ruggedized' phone...you still can't drop it without worrying about breaking the gorgeous 1080p screen, but that water resistance sure is nice.  You can see the full written review at MobileTechReview.com
