Stupid Backup Assistant!

I'm sure this has been asked a gazillion times,  but how do you disable,  delete, destroy the stupid Backup Assistant?

You might want to download the free speaktoit assistant. She (Sam, unless you want to rename her, and download Samsung female voice, realistic) is very adept at understanding spelling and doing tasks. She'll automatically replace the built in assistant.
